LOCK HAVEN – Senior Mallory Moore has been named Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) East Athlete of the Week for her outstanding play the week ending 1/22. It marks the second straight week and third time this season that Moore has been named to Athlete of the Week honors.

The 6-foot guard/forward recorded her third double-double of the season in a 57-54 win over Cheyney Saturday afternoon scoring 18 points and bringing down 12 rebounds. Moore also had four steals and four assists in the winning effort.

On Wednesday, Moore scored a game-high 24 points in a thrilling contest against PSAC East leading Bloomsburg. The senior added five steals, three rebounds, a block and an assist in the 84-75 road loss.

Currently, Moore ranks in the top 10 in the conference in five different categories: scoring (18.3 ppg, 1^st), steals (3.4 spg, 1^st), free throw percentage (87.9%, 2^nd), offensive rebounding (3.1 rpg, T 6^th) and minutes played (32.6 mpg, 10^th).

Mansfield hosts Kutztown University on Wednesday, January 25 before welcoming Millersville University to Decker Gymnasium on Saturday, January 28.
